okay, i think i'll switch to 5 45 sec ulis. BTW, what erection % do you recommend for ulis? I usually try to get 95-100%.Good advice here. I definitely think you can do more. Start by holding your ULIs longer. Gradually build up to holding them for a minute. You can also do more than three. Last year as I prepared to begin clamping, I used ULIs as a manual clamp routine. I would do 50 wet ultimate jelqs then do a one minute ULI...then 50 more wet jelqs followed by another one minute ULI...I gradually built up to 5 sets like this. It was great girth work that helped me gain and prepared me well for clamping...
