Have a look at Looking4more's log. I pretty much copy that. I am focusing on girth and do some stretching also. 5 on 2 off, stretching is more like 2x a week.
The general routine of Girth I follow is:
50 jelqs
20 second Uli
50 jelqs
20 second Uli
50 jelqs
10 second Squeeze (against curve for me)
50 jelqs
20 second Uli
50 jelqs
20 second Uli
50 jelqs
10 second Squeeze
to increase intensity of jelqs overtime do a kegal on every 10th jelq, then down to 5th.
to increase intensity of Uli and squeeze is easy, add time. 2 seconds a week or something
At the end of the jelqs and prior to Uli and squeeze's I do a 10 second reverse kegal, this brings me down to a 60-70% erection, then do a quick kegal. The expansion is great as you have forced blood to stay.
Always start low and as MrB8 says check your PI's.
