I would not tie a string around my shaft/glans. That is just looking for trouble. Do the squeeze with your hands, one below glans and one at base. same idea.Did ULIs (or erect squeezes) give you any length gains as well?
Could you please give a brief summary of your full routine with your stretch and jelq amount?
I'm personally really liking ULIs cause I think I got noticeable gains in like the 2 days I've started doing them, but I don't want to jinx it. Also, if I were to add a string around the shaft just below the glans while I do my ULIs, in order to increase the size of the glans, do you reckon that would work, or would it be dangerous?
I made some good gains when I did this routine daily, 5 days on 2 days off. I tend to do 3 months then switch routines. Due to school schedules, etc, I do Uli stuff intersession and stretches during semester. I have always noted gains after the three month uli routines. But I think it is a combination of the two, time stretching then adding more intense Uli.
I work a lot at home, so I can and do 4 sessions per day.
1 stretching sessions, 1 Uli session, 1 more strteching and one edging session with jelqs.
4/5 days of Uli per week. 5 Days of stretching
First set (in AM after family is out of the house for school, etc):
· Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate squeezing of hands <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pull penis away from body <30 pulls>
· switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pelvic thrusts, <count of 30>
· helicopter twirls to left, <count of 50>
· 5 direction stretches, <count of 30 each way>
· pull penis straight up, two hands gripping head, keep penis fully stretched, lock elbow, do 60 shoulder raises
· helicopter twirls to right, <count of 50>
Uli set (usually 1 hour after previous):
· Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate squeezing of hands <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pull penis away from body <30 pulls>
· switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pelvic thrusts, <count of 30>
· helicopter twirls to left, <count of 50>
· Bundled stretch straight out <2x 45 degree turn, 2x 90 degree turn, count of 30 each>
· helicopter twirls to right, <count of 50>
· Masturbate/jerk to achieve erection. <count of 100 pumps per hand>
· get to ideal EQ (80-90%)
· 6 ulis, alternate hands, <count of 50 each>
· Erect squeezes <10 squeezes, count of 5 each, switch grip, repeat>
· Erect squeezes <6 squeezes, count of 10 each, switch grip, repeat>
· Moisturize
Third set (usually 30 mins after previous):
· Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate squeezing of hands <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pull penis away from body <30 pulls>
· switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 30 squeezes>

Edging set (usually 8 hours after morning routine):
· Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate squeezing of hands <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pull penis away from body <30 pulls>
· switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 30 squeezes>
· maintain grip, pelvic thrusts, <count of 30>
· helicopter twirls to left, <count of 50>

· Get into hot shower
· Masturbate/jerk to achieve erection. <count of 80/100 pumps per hand>
· get to maximum EQ possible. Stay there for duration of shower <15 mins>
· after shower lube up with aloe, jelq at 75~80% erection.
- 30 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands
- 40 underhand grip, upwards
- 60 overhand grip straight out, alternate hand
- 20 underhand grip to the right to correct leftwards curve
- 20 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands
I think the key for me has been going slow and steady. I do the same routine for a while, and only switch if it is obviously not working for me. I seem to be in a three month routine rotation. I don't push too hard. I had one burst vein once, and that was because I was not focusing.
