Make A New Monday: 10/8/2018

By God's grace, I woke up.

Today's Sleep Record:

- Sleep Duration: 10:59
- Sleep Quality: 4/4
- Morning Steel: 0

Today's training:

- Quick Kegels: 34 reps x 3 sets
- Endurance Kegels: 7 reps (7 sec tight hold)

While I am not sure if I slept for a whole 10 hours, I was ill on Sunday Night and hit the bed at 7:00-ish pm. With my wife making noise and getting up plus me tossing and turning every 30 minutes, I doubt if I got a full 10 hours. I worked 4 hours today and then called it a day. I slept for a hour and I am about 90% recovered.

I think drinking kombucha and listening to Scriptures has helped in the healing process.
