By God's grace, I woke up.

Today's Sleep Record:

- Sleep Duration: 6:28
- Sleep Quality: 4/5
- Morning Steel: 3.8/4

Tonight's training:

- Quick Kegels: 32 reps x 3 sets
- Endurance Kegels: 7 reps (7 sec tight hold)

My order came in for the moist heat heating pad...I think this will be a real gamechanger and I don't have to do anymore manual warm-ups! CHEEEE!
