Last day of my staycation. I took advantage by adding edging.
- Warm-up: 10m (penis shaking, fire roll, oscillator, penis twirl)
- Stretching: 3m (35 sec hold, a slow pull to an extension, all directions)
- Ultimate V-Jelq: 18m
- Warm-down: 5m (penis shaking, fire roll)
- Edging: 19m 52s (no release) - EQ varied from 3 to 4 throughout...great session!
I am not sure if I will do edging again. I will observe my body cues and go from there.
