Body cues are good even after edging yesterday. So maybe adding edging once a week since I have sex once a week with the wife. I'll look into the possiblity.
Today's training:
*Positioning: Sitting on an exercise ball with both legs up
- Quick Kegels: 30 reps x 3 sets
- Kegel Slams: 8 reps (7 sec slow squeeze - 7 sec tight hold - 7 sec slow release)
A slight pain on the left testicle area...I could have been sitting wrong yesterday or may be due to kegeling. I'll massage with heat added tonight in the shower.
