Do them slowly with 5 seconds pauses in between them and hold them for 5 seconds.Else you will develop involuntary kegels.

Do them with 3-5 sec per stroke

One year!
Wow, I have been pumping and doing other exercises for one year now.

During this year my erect penis has increased in length by 1,3 cm (0.51 in) and in girth by 0,6 cm (0.24 in). My goal when I started was to reach 20x14 cm. I'm not there yet, but I am getting close to a BPEL of 20 cm. I am pretty sure that if I continue for one more year I will be over 20 cm in BPEL, but maybe I have not reached those 14 cm regarding MSEG.

I think I will slow down on the rate of publishing these blog entries. One each week gives 52 entries during a year. That has worked fine during the first year when many things have been new, but it does seem a litte too much for the continuation, so I think I will slow down to one entry each month.
So don't worry if you do not seen anythin new here for some time. I'm still pumping :-)

* Monday: Rested from PE for three days, BPEL = 19,8 cm. MSEG = 13,1 cm.
* Tuesday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. In-cylinder length 20,3 cm (7.99 in). Afterwards BPEL = 19,9 cm (7.83 in).
* Wednesday: Pump, 15 minutes (5 min at 6 inHg + 3 min at 7 inHg + 7 min at 6 inHg). In-cylinder length 20,4 cm (8.03 in) at 6 inHg and 20,5 cm (8.07 in) at 7 inHg at the end. Afterwards BPEL = 20,1 cm (7.91 in) and MSEG = 13,8 cm (5.43 in).
* Thursday: Pump, 15 minutes (6 min at 6 inHg + 3 min at 7 inHg + 6 min at 6 inHg). In-cylinder length 20,5 cm (8.07 in) at 6 inHg and 20,6 cm (8.11 in) at 7 inHg at the end. Afterwards BPEL = 20,2 cm (7.95 in) and MSEG = 13,8 cm (5.43 in).

For the next 16 months starting September 1st 2013, I plan to use this blog as a tool to keep track of my progress and to motivate me to continue my routine.

For a very long time I've been attempting my own made up routines, staying with them for only short times, altering them too much, and in the end, failing. I hope for the life of me I can stick to this as best I can.

In terms of size goals, nothing is definitive. My only goals are to increase the size of my penis, no matter how minor the gains are, and to stay dedicated, no matter how little progress I make, until December 31st 2014.

On January 1st 2015, I will either have gained size, and from there decide to continue or stop training, or I will have gained very little or not at all, at which point I will abandon training, realize PE is not for me and accept my penis as it is.

The only reasons I plan to stop before this date are if I reach a penis size I do not wish to exceed or I injure myself to the point that further training would be detrimental to the health of my penis.

I'm not skeptical of the gains people claim to have made, but I have concerns regarding the safety of training. I plan to use only simple exercises, and to do them at a low-intensity so not to put the condition of my penis in danger. Hopefully the low-intensity and beginner-like exercises will be balanced by the amount of time I plan to remain committed.

The routine I plan to use is vaguely like the JP90 routine; 20 minutes of simple stretches in all directions followed by 20 minutes of slow, low-intensity wet jelqing. This will be 2 days on 1 day off, with the off day either completely free of exercise or used to practice kegels and edging/ballooning.

With hard work, dedication, time and a bit of luck, January 1st 2015 will see a new success story being posted. My success story.

My Beginning Measurements

I started experimenting with PE a little while ago. It was very disorganized, and as a result, my absolute starting point is uncertain. I believe my absolute starting length to have been approximately 6.5 inches (~165mm) BPEL with an approximate MEG of 4.8 inches (~120mm). I gained small amounts of length and girth through occasional exercising.


My measurements as of the September 1st 2013 are:

175mm (6.89 inches) BPEL

124mm (4.88 inches) MEG


I have just completed the first exercise of my 16 month plan and hope to improve on my measurements. It's a long road ahead.

This is my 3rd time starting PE again. I think what will be different this time is that my heart is truly in it and I am actually enjoying the process and understanding the theories behind it. I am here every day reading and learning and trying to become part of the community. I wasn't doing that before. I also have some additional motivation that kind of indirectly helps me stick to the PE. I have been on a medication for 4 years now and the time is approaching for me to get off of it (target date is 8 months). Its not a choice really. Its mandatory. The financial opportunity is approaching too and I cant afford to miss the boat on this one. To make this transition as easy and painless as possible I need to be in excellent physical condition. When I am working out, exercising and eating right the PE just kinda goes along with that. In the past when I stopped doing all the healthy stuff PE fell along with it. So, I am about a month back in to all the healthy stuff and become more motivated every day mainly because I am starting to feel really good and I am seeing results from working out on the Bowflex and ridding my Catrike. I have some pretty bad EQ issues and I want to fix that naturally and a larger healthier penis will also help me feel better, that and my lovely wife of 20 years deserves everything I can give her. We always have good to great sex but I want to rock her world the way I did long ago. here we go

Honestly, I feel like I was lazy this month.

I gained .15 inches in length and none in girth this month. I am officially one inch longer than when I started. My current measurements are 7.75 by 5.1

I just feel like there was so much more that I could have done that I didn't do. By my 19th birthday, I would like to be measuring 8". This gives me 27 days including today to do that. Its only .25 inches away. I know I can make it.

I think I strained a ligament a few weeks ago. My fat pad
has been swollen on the left side since then. It gets more inflamed when I jerk off or do PE.

Nothing much more to say about last month. Build an understanding of what your doing and do it. The bigger, more efficient understanding, you can build in the shortest amount of time the faster you learn. The faster you learn the more success you can have. Success is based on the ability to adapt.

I've just completed my first 2-days-on-1-day-off cycle of an approximate 162 cycles I plan to complete. The hardest part is getting started, and that's one step in the right direction! If I can keep this up, it should soon become habit and I won't start making excuses not to do it.

As for my routine, it's very simple. My "on" days involve me stretching downwards, forwards, upwards, left and right, with each stretch being held for 30 seconds, using a timer that beeps every 30 seconds to remind me to change stretch. I find that holding the stretch becomes tiresome for my hand, so I switch hands every time I change stretch. I do this for about 25 minutes whilst I watch a TV show online. After all, stretching isn't of the most entertaining exercises.

After my stretches, I apply some bio oil to my penis and hands and begin slow jelqing with a moderate grip to just before the head. I have a little difficulty deducing erection level, but my penis is enlarged and somewhat hard, but not even close to completely erect. I do this for about 25 minutes.

With the stretches, I pull until just before I can feel tension at the base of my penis. I'm wondering if I should feel tension at the base, but I don't want to over-stretch myself. I think my jelqing is fine, perhaps a little more pressure would help. I need to try to control erection level during exercises, but that should cease to be a problem as I get used to the exercise again.

For my off day, I simply did a little edging without release. As well as enlargement, I'm also quitting porn and orgasm, but I'll continue edging to maintain penis health and erection quality.

Have been following JP's routine for some days now.
And i have noticed a slight increase in the flaccid hang... though not that noticeble.
Doing kegels and reverse kegels. Last ones are very difficult to tell if i am doing these exercises the right way ...
I think I am cause there are no more involuntary kegels anymore ;-)

I am building a steady and strong routine.
A good foundation that is laying the best structure for a good end result.

measure, that is, until I got some more time under my belt but tonight after my hanging sets I was watching a video my wife made for me of her masturbating. I had a great erection (for a moment) and noticed my dick looked longer than I had ever seen it. I quickly grabbed the ruler and got 6.6". woohoo. I wont call it a gain just yet but obviously it's there just waiting to become permanent. Seeing something this early on in my restart really helps with some initial concerns I have had. I have also noticed in the last few days that as I do my light jelqs that my hand is sinking deeper in to my fat pad which tells me my susp. lig is loosening up. onward....

The First Few Days

I've finished the first few days of my routine, and my fears are already starting to crop up. It's the very same stuff that's stopped me before, and it's the reason I've only ever stuck with a routine for a month:

"Am I about to dedicate all this time, hard work and effort for nothing?"

The thing is, I'm almost certain I've gained minimally in length before, but because of the lack of accurate measurements, I'm not certain. But that's the whole point of what I'm doing, 16 months, no stopping no matter how little I gain. In all honesty, the worst that could happen is after the time's up nothing has changed, but I really want it to.

Anyway, I'm sticking with it. I am thinking about implementing some more girth exercises to my routine, and I'll start structuring a new routine before next month, but for now I'll stick with what I'm doing, and condition myself for further training.

Upon some further reading with regards to routine modifications in the future, I've come across some interesting ideas.

As I've already mentioned in an earlier entry, I'm worried that I won't make gains with the routine I'm currently using. I had initially thought about sticking with very basic exercises, but even if I want to keep the types of exercises basic, I can still add more intensity and exercises to maximize gains.

I have come across a piece of advise fairly regularly, though I've always ignored it, but that advise is to stick with the current routine if it works and if it stops working and reaches a plateau, to alter it in order to continue gaining.

With this in mind, I plan to record measurements on the first day of each month. If the measurement one month remains the same as for the month before, then changes to the routine will be put into place, such as more time dedication, more intensity of training or new exercises, in order to encourage further growth.

In terms of actual new exercises to try out, I may consider ulis and squeezes for girth improvement with supra slammers to be considered further forward in time, as well as starting to use warm-ups before stretching, which I don't currently do, such as submerging my penis in a warm or hot cup of water.

Day 13 of hanging and everything is going pretty good. 1 20min set in the morning if possible and the remaining 2-3 in the evening depending on available time. I have been at 8lbs since day 7 and I think I will stay here until I feel the need to add more weight. I am handling the weight well with only a touch of fatigue if any at all. I think I need to allow time for veins and skin to stretch not to mention rushing could create a big set back I don't want to experience. I am usually experiencing little to no soreness so I think I am in a good spot right now. Up until today I have been hanging straight down (standing up) but decided to try BTC. I can really feel the susp. ligs stretching. Last night I bought a pump mainly because of my ED. The hanging has made this worse. I am also considering incorporating pumping in to my routine starting out with short sessions mainly to restore circulation after a hanging set. My routine at the moment if I do all my sets at night is....
-warm up in the shower when I get home from work doing manual stretches (all directions) and some light, low rep Jelqs
-about 2 hours latter that evening I use a rice sock for 5-10min
-stretches in all directions for maybe 5min at the most
hanging
-20 min hang session
-30 sec of pumping to get a lot of blood in
-light jelqs and massage alternating between the pump and Jelq/massage a few times
-rewarm if I feel like it
-repeat hanging routine until 4 sets are complete or 11:00pm (bedtime) whichever comes first
If I can only get 2-3 sets in a couple days out of the week I am not going to be concerned. I will consider these the easy/rest days. If I don't see .1" or there abouts at 8 weeks I will add more sets
I need to do some more research but at this point I would Like to be at 9-10hrs/wk of hang time and spend significant time pumping after hanging. It seems to me if the hanging is stretching everything in the "Y" plane then using the pump to then stretch everything in the X and Z plane there might be some benefit which I hope would come in the form of added girth in addition to length. My thinking is that the pumping on its own wont add girth but it may if I am augmenting the stretching created by hanging with it. My main goal is 6.25 EG and that's really my top priority however the reason I decided to hang first is because I don't want less than a 7"BPEL and a 6.25" EG. It would kind of look Like a soup can.

As the saying goes, and as I live life, I believe "Something's gotta give." at some point all stresses will reach a maximum and something will break away, giving you the relief that you need.

Finally got employment, 3 months of hard looking. It's for pennies on the dollar of what I'm worth, but a steady paycheck is just that, considering the responsibilities I've inherited *sigh* Start tomorrow :) And you're infinitely more hireable if you've got a job, i figure.

I haven't pumped in 5 days. :-/ GF is taking up too much of my time. Can't wait to get away for a few... Is that bad? Is it bad I need time away from this chick just so I can recenter. I can't be "stuck up under" someone all the time, every day all day. I need time to "miss" her.

Today marks the completion of my first week of about 70. One down, 69 to go!

Everything's going well, I've stuck to my current routine of 2-on-1-off, simple stretching and jelqing for about 20 minutes each on on-days and edging on off-days.

I had a minor lapse yesterday when I went over the edge whilst edging, my intention to minimize releases.

Other than that, nothing to report and no injuries. I'll stick with the routine until months end. I'll be moving into university accommodation at the end of the month and starting my course, so things may get in the way of my routine. I might consider exercising at different times of day to accommodate coming changes to my lifestyle.

So this is what's up:

I have used the andropenis gold for a long time like a year ago, and I converted my tool from 16,5 cm BPEL to 18,5 cm BPEL.

I had a blast wearing the device, but at a certain point I stopped using the device ( mostly because of the job I do is not easy to do while extending!)

So I rested my dick a long time, which is good I think.

Last week I had a lot of free time, and went in my closet to find my andropenis.

I started to gain interest again. Googling reviews of girls saying a big dick is the best etc. SO UP COMES THE PENIS ENVY AGAIN....

I want to be really big, and 18,5 cm is pretty big I know, but I want to be like HUGE. Girls drop their jaw and loose their mind kind of big.

So I figured: got to get stretching again D! But still little time and place to stretch. Then I rememberd there is a special method for the andropenis. You only stretch for 4 hours a day. But you have to work with a lot more tenision and stretch to make this effective.


I thought to myself. Can I commit for 4 hours a day? Maybe do some cooking, some household chores, some homework, just chilling. SURE I CAN.

I am keeping a log, and I will be posting this in my blog every once in a while.
