Minor Injury

Yesterday, after 20 minutes of simple stretches and part way through my 20 minutes of jelqing, I started to notice a slight pain about halfway up my penis. It felt slight bruised, and was uncomfortable enough to encourage me to stop early. I think it could have been caused by using too high a jelqing pressure and possible to high an erection level.

Reading about PE, I've found many suggesting that a light pressure is enough to encourage growth, even superior growth to high-intensity jelqing. Either way, I'll be reducing the intensity in the foreseeable future to prevent further injury and to give my penis time to get conditioned to exercise. In addition, I'll also be skipping my next two "on-days" to give the injury sufficient time to heal, which combined with my two "off-days" allows four days for healing.

One other thing I've noticed is a lump where veins in the skin of my shaft intersect, and it appears when I jelq my semi-erect penis. This too may be a reason to reduce my jelqing pressure, as I do not wish to enlarge it or cause damage to the vessels.

Today marks the completion of week two of 70. That's one thirty fifth or 2.86 per cent of the way there! Perhaps not significant, but I've jumped the first hurdle and am on course.

Today is an off-day for me, and I haven't exercised since my last off-day on Thursday due to a minor injury. I hope that by now it has sufficiently healed and jelqing and stretching will be more comfortable. I plan to use a lower intensity when exercising from now on to reduce chance of injury and to condition my penis. When conditioned and depending on the circumstances, I'll make a decision as to whether to step up the intensity.

Considering the time off, this week has been uneventful. My erections do appear much stronger and more spontaneous than usual and my flaccid penis looks bigger. Perhaps this short rest period has assisted my growth. Either way, I'll be back to exercising tomorrow.

My routine is consisting of stretching (for length)
& jelqing (for girth).
This week I have been doing 200 jelqs per day &
stretching in different directions for 30 sec. holds.
If anyone has any advice,
please feel free to comment!
My starting NBPEL is 5.0 inches
starting Erect Girth is 4.5 inches.
I'm somewhat skeptical of PE so I'll be happy if I
gain an inch, but I'd like to get as long and as thick
as possible! So for now, my goal is to get to 6 inches in
length and 5.5 in girth. If I accomplish that, then I'll
set my next goal!

I'm going to try to post at least once a week and update
you all on my progress!

Once again, any helpful advice would be nice!

I wrote this in a simple way. It is so much more to it. The main point is that indeed the libido is really a lot in the brain and not in the penis itself, unlike what you say.

When reading how you describe your life, I do suspect that you are in a depression, which is understandable after your nerve injury. That will definitely be a libido killer (in the brain) for many people. Depression will explain a lot more why you find no pleasure in any other things in life, more so than just the nerve damage itself.

Little to report this week. The odd pain whilst jelqing and I've reduced the time I jelq from 20 to about 10 minutes. I feel like I'm not really gaining, but I'll measure on the first of October. It's really feeling like a chore. I've got to stay dedicated.

Year two started
I have started this second year with some more ventures up to 7 inHg pumping. One reason is that the extra tension feels really good. Reminds me of when I started pumping and at the beginning kept the pressure mostly at 5 inHg, but gradually I went more and more up to 6 inHg since that felt better.
Now... if I close my eyes and pump up to a pressure that feels good and comfortable I mostly end up at exectly 6 inHg. But when I have been pumping a little while I feel the urge to go up just a litttle notch to those tempting 7 inHg.
But at the samt time I feel hesitant, is it really a good idea to pump at 7 inHg for me? Most advice here at Pegym is that up to 6 inHg is safe pressure, and many claims that a better approach is a little lower pressure during longer time. Well, I seldom can do longer sessions, most of the time I can manage 15-20 minutes.

This far I have not noted any bad effects because of my experiments with slightly higher pressure, no red dots and no doughnut. Naturally I will take it slow and gradual, I will not start pumping 15 minutes at 7 inHg directly. The most I have done 7 inHg so far is 4/5, 5/10, 4/15 and 6/20 of a session otherwise kept at 6 inHg. I have not yet completely decided if I will continue increasing the 7 inHg part or, if I do, how fast I will do this.

A few new high scores has been noted during these last weeks. Still doing progress :cool:

I'm trying to hold back from exercising today since I had very thorough workout for the last 4 days. The JP90 served as a great foundation. I've incorporated UJs and UVs for a couple of weeks now and just last night found out about BigO's LAS (Lazy ass stretch). That will definitely be added to the warm up stretch.

After some studying on the tunica and smooth muscle in the penis I believe that I'm limited by my tunica.

I think all beginners should find out the difference as soon as possible and focus on one more than the other. The main thing that has be believing that I'm limited by the tunica is that my girth is within .5" of my length as well as the length differential from BPEL to BPFSEL only being about .25". I've made noticeable girth gains but I can't be certain if the length gains are there yet. However, I do not have EQ of 9 or 10 all the time. This may be due to a frequently exhausted penis, between sex and PEing it doesn't get much of a break.
I'm still holding back from purchasing such things as the phallosan forte, big hanger, or LG hanger. I think the phallosan forte would be best for my schedule. I'd like to hear some more results on people making gains off of it before I spend the $300. These devices should help me with my limiting factor (the tunica) but for now I will focus on manual stretches.

I still run my own business while working these long hours, so I do cars on the weekends and houses during the week. I'm hustling to the bone.

Well i get a guy that's trying to get his car done and he waited a while. I'd just got my paycheck and again, much lower than I really needed so I HAD to take this car this weekend. Tired and annoyed I go... I'm happy to get the car in and I love seeing nice cars, so it was bitter sweet.

I get there and it's in a CRAZY expensive area of a city I knew was already expensive to live in... I'm thinking wow... big money rich kid, it's all good!

I get there and the guy is cool as heck, older than me and mature but still awesome.

Then he pops the Garage, and it turns out it's not an SL500, but actually SL600! NOICE! V12s are my kryptonite. *melts*

In the process of talking, he and I merged onto architecture and stuff... come to find out he's a big wig that sells land and he is fricking tight with the President of the company I work for because they've bought a bunch of land from him (some of those became neighborhoods I'm working on!)... they met the day before. I've met the pres. once or twice. decent guy.

I asked him if it was the president that drove the Ferrari, he laughed and said no, it's the one of the C-lettered people and we had a laugh about the slight inappropriateness of that car being driven to work.

SUPER small world, the guy is the president of his own company that does BIG money transactions... (so much money he can take Year+ vacations off work and not worry about income)

This is CRAZY! Architecture and Cars, you really don't need anything else LMAO!!!

To top it off, he had me do work on another one of his cars while I was there and that allowed me to bolster the sucky check I got from work... Today turned into an AWESOME day! :D

Overview:
Today's routine, I had an interruption while I was doing my second sets of V-jelqs and had to stop for a few minutes, but other than that, there is no other problems encountered during me PE routine this morning. No sharp pain, no discomfort and no negative PIs!. Just some hotness in my flaccid penis and some puffiness in my glans! Call that as an effective yet fun PE workout! Until.....

..... while I was trying to edge. I failed myself by accidentally went over the PONR and ejaculated..... So now my penis is although hot and warm and still red in the glans. My penis is now fatigued. A great PE day got ruined because I went over the PONR and ejaculated. Now my penis is just fatigued...

Looks like tomorrow's PE session will be postponed to night time... OUCH!

First Days in PE!:
First Days in PE to many people is a small first step into growing a bigger penis, and I am no exception! Although today I did set off a wrong foot in PE, I still find myself as finding this as an experience and hope that next time I will be able to control my edging skills in a better way.... I will learn, and I will become more experienced. So I hope that I constantly find my motivation and hope that I will reach my goals eventually! That goes out to everyone here who is getting a bigger, thicker and stronger penis!!

Other commitments Im undergoing: "Rushfit"
Im also currently undergoing a home fitness training called "Rushfit" and I am now currently in Day 18 into the training. I didn;t go to gym because I am not that conftable into going to gym in public and believe that it is not my tme JUST YET!

As a skinny dude who's doing Rushfit and PE at the same time. I feel like this is an extremely big change in me and hope that eventually, I will be able to get ripped and have a bigger penis! I wish myself and everyone out there doing PE and / or getting in shape good luck and hope that eventually we will reach our own goals and be happy about ourselves! Even if there are a couple of wrong turns, I hope that I will become a better person with a ripped body and a bigger penis!

This morning, I was going to do PE like normal... Did the warmup, and did my basic stretches. While I was doing my basic stretches, I realised that my dick keeps getting erected and I actually took more than 30 minutes to do my 5 basic stretches (stretching out, top, left, down and right 5 times) which is only supposed to take only about 15-20 minutes max. This quickly became a problem as my dick just keeps getting erected every few times I jelq.

After about 10 minutes of helpless jelqing , I decided to postpone my jelqing part till this afternoon because my penis JUST can't get my erection level down! My penis gets erected occasionally during the day, and I am pretty certain that even my gf saw it popping out from my jeans! But I guessed that she didn't said anything about it to prevent me getting embarrassed...

So after a few hours later, I decided to do my jelqing part of my routine, and I still get my erection problems! Eventually, I just did another 10 minutes Dry Jelqs and then I decided to try doing Ulis! Since I have about 90% erection level.

Doing 3 Ulis on each side (holding the grip 55 seconds with 5 seconds transfer time) while Kegel right before I grip my hand on my penis and I was like, WOAH! Those veins are just SO VISIBLE! and my glans, they are just Red and Shiny; after each Uli, my glans would be STARTING to turn to purple, but not just yet. Which is good for me! I hope...

The thing for me is that after each Uli, my glans turns back to its normal colour about after 15 seconds of realise and after my Ulis, my dick just started to lose its erection level, so I decided to get a rubbery shoelace and decided to tie up my penis! (not too tight, just with medium tightness, just llike doing Ulis with 60% erection) and after tying up my penis 3 times, my penis felt a bit tired and I decided to stop and went and proceed to my shower for cooldown. When I saw my flaccid penis afterwards, I can see that already my flaccid penis was longer than before and I just felt great! and that's pretty much my day! (for PE)

So why did I tell this whole factual story to you?
I told this story to you so that if you ever have some problems with your PE, you can try and experiment and alter a bit of your routine and MAYBE, JUST MAYBE! You might get a even better routine for yourself! Like what happened to me today I guess!

Now that I found out that Ulis and penis tying can help with my girth, I decided to do this routine if I ever have erection problems for jelqing. (Which technically you shouldn't be replace it in the first place, but do it if you have to!)

To conclude:
Make alternation if you have to! I am pretty sure that you are going to encounter some problems while doing PE! Whatever the problem is, improvise and maybe that could just help you even more!!! (Improvise with your own risks, no responsibility will be held if you get injured from doing wrong PE exercises!)

NO do not be alarmed its not a bad thing this process is to desensitize the glans just enough so penis enlargement is more comfortable. this is the process that you have to do i have done this and i still have very sensitive glans but not to the touch so no damage is done...

1.. you must bathe first then when you get out of the tub.

2. when you get out of the tub pull the skin back

3. sit in front of the fan and let the glans dry, due to the fact your penis has never experienced this, after the glans is dry it may be itchy so you can use something natural to moisturize like, Shea butter, cocoa butter, olive oil, or lanolin, I think its the best. then put on some firm fitting boxer briefs it may be uncomfortable for the first few weeks and it will wrinkle and feel a little like a chapped lip (wrinkled not split so don't think wildly...lol) but over time my glans started to gain color like the skin on my body (Brown) but only at the tip the part that's most exposed and i could touch it much easier and i lasted much longer during sex it sort of gives you the feeling of being circumcised without being cut in 2 or 3 months of doing this and keeping the foreskin back it started to stay back on its own and smegma didn't collect under my skin anymore regardless of if i was moist under there or not but to reverse this process you would have to just keep the skin over the glans and it would gradually turn back to it sensitive clitoris like feel if this can be helpful to some of you let me know give it a try and if you need any tips or help im here for ya.Name:  Snapshot_20131116_34.JPG

PEs and Intact Men

I'm intact (incorrectly called "uncircumcised/uncut") and perform PEs as well without a problem. Some here suggest that one should try desensitizing his glans if one encounters constant erections while PE'n. Don't! Eventually, your penis will learn not to become erect while stretching but give it time. I don't see how forcing desensitization is a good thing (or being forcefully circumcised for that matter). Smegma isn't produced readily either. If smegma arises, either one doesn't rinse beneath the foreskin with water OR one uses soap under the foreskin, which you're not suppose to. Don't believe me? Stop using soap. No smell, no rashes, no smegma. Soap should never be used on mucosal tissues like inside the nares, vagina, eyes, and mouth because it dries and irritates these tissues and causes natural bacterial flora imbalances, which can lead to rashes, infections, etc....foreskin is no exception.

To each, his own...I guess...

And to anyone restoring his foreskin, more power to ya for taking control of a choice long since ripped from you. :\

Sunday Summary Week 11

Well, I've completed week 11. To put things into perspective, I still have 58 weeks to go. This 16 month (69 week) journey isn't even close to over!

What I have noticed recently that I'm actually nearly at the 90 day mark with my routine, which is the same as long as the beginner JP90 routine. I'm considering measuring my penis at the 90 day mark to see how much I've gained from what is effectively my own version of the JP90. However, it may well be wiser to wait and hope that by the beginning of the New Year I'll have made some motivating gains. I know PE works but God, I'd be so disappointed to find I've made little progress by January. I'm in this for the 16 months anyway. I've got to keep telling myself "It'll be worth it".

I have been thinking about penis size lately, and in terms of length, although it may not look all that impressive, a curve straightened BPEL seven inch penis isn't a half bad length. An inch would be quite incredible to gain, but if it happened, I can see having an eight inch penis starting to become a hindrance, and any more length would be nothing but for show. It's unlikely to happen, but at least I can convince myself "I'd be running into trouble with much more length".

One thing I would love to improve on though is my MEG. At 4.8 inches the last time I measured it, I'm pretty much dead average, which is less than ideal in my opinion. Again, an inch of extra girth would be an incredible gain, but penile girth of just under six inches I can see as far too much. I would love, however, to achieve a 5.5 MEG by the end of my 16 months. Again, gaining 0.7 inches in MEG is quite something. I'll have to stay dedicated. Come the New Year once I'm more experienced with PE, I'll start introducing more girth intensive exercise to help growth progress.

This week has been a good one. I completed my stretches well and I think I've finally got a handle on an effective way to perform my jelqs. Jelqing's been a weak point for me for a long time, so I'm quite pleased.

With and OK grip at the base I do helicopters or shakes continuously and slowly my penis will start to get erect ...I don't try to get erect I concentrate on relaxing my pelvic floor muscles deep at the base while shaking/helicopters As the muscles relax I feel more and more blood filling and once mostly erect I then stimulate until fully erect.. I make small adjustments of my OK grip at the base to quickly allow more blood in and then immediately trapping it by tightening again.

At this point I do erect jelqs, light bends and squeezes in various amounts and order. The squeezes I do are like squeezing a pastry bag or tube of toothpaste starting at the bottom and working up. I do a lot of holds at the head to allow maximum expansion for what I think has helped my glans get so large. This process is repeated over and over again each time my erection begins to weaken, except for doing the helicopters. I often will do forceful stretches with my semi-erect/flaccid at the end of each mini set before stimulating to full erection again. Each set my penis gets fuller and heavier which makes grabbing for stretches both easier and more intense at the base.

For stretches I do pretty much all the ones listed...but I really like any stretch where you can use the leverage of you hand or wrist to get a very strong deep stretch at the base. One stretch I do is done while fully erect and it is sort of hard to explain. I use an OK grip at the base and the other hand is also an OK grip where both OK grips are touching each other in mirror image . Now carefully I squeeze the base OK grip while pushing the base of the palm of that fist into the pubic bone to force the base of my penis out and then simultaneously pull with the upper OK grip to assist in stretching the penis out(I may have to post a pic). If this is done correctly you can get a lot of force for both length and girth in one movement.

Also, I consider all the stimulation edging and I try to get as much expansion here before manually squeezing as well. I do not release often because I think it helps with growth and recovery.

Wow, one week of PE is already over! and that was a great and exceptional first week of PE right there!
I have experienced longer flaccids and better morning and night woods, erections are also easier to achieve now!
That right there are Positive PIs and I can't wait for one month of PE to pass! Wonder what will happen to my dick.

Im not as active on the forums these days, because I do not want to overload myself with information, I think I already did, I just want to chillax with PE and make PE as a hobby, not like some sort of a job thingy. If you get what I mean....

Neurotransmitter Imbalance
Neurotransmitter imbalance causes premature ejaculation, nerve disorders, hypersensitivity, anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses. Mental illness is under diagnosed through out the world. A study showed that 42% lifelong premature ejaculators has ADHD.

Neurotransmitters controls your arousal, erection and orgasm etc. Each one of us has different levels of these neurotransmitters and this determines our general behavior and personal traits. Neurotransmitters are used to transport different messages to our body organs by the central nervous system.

There are excitory neurotransmitters like histamine and dopamine. High levels of these causes over excitement, over arousal, over sensitivity and over activity.

There are inhibitory transmitters like serotonin and GABA. Those who are high in these, last long and stay relaxed and calm and enjoy good sleep. Those who are low in inhibitory transmitters have sensitive and inflamed nerves and penis.

Normally, the balance of neurotransmitters is determined by the body metabolism through a complex feedback mechanism.

A. The first transmitter is serotonin, its deficiency causes premature ejaculation, anxiety and depression etc. That is why, the first thing a doctor prescribes is an SSRI drug.
Recreational drugs and weeds including opiates etc., also increase the serotonin. Exercising and working out muscles also increase the serotonin.

Supplements: Griffonia Seed Extract or 5-HTP, St. Johns Wort, L-Tryptophan, Ashwagandha, Vitamin B-Complex.

B. GABA is the second most important neurotransmitter. Lack of it makes the nerves hyperactive and causes premature ejaculation, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, nerve control, motor control etc. Severe deficiency of it causes epilepsy. If drinking alcohol makes you last long, increasing GABA will most probably help you last long. Alcohol increases GABA in the brain temporarily.

Supplements: Glutamine, Green tea or L-Theaning, St. John's Wort, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Passion Flower, Ashwagandha, Valerian, Kava-Kava. Almonds, Walnuts are also good foods.

C. High levels of histamine causes premature ejaculation, anxiety, over stimulation, aggressiveness, compulsive and a racing brain, high libido, allergies, and low muscle tone. Easy orgasm and high libido is a major symptom of histamine (histadelia). A saliva test is available for testing high levels of histamine.
According to "The Amino Revolution" book, premature ejaculation in younger males is due to high levels of histamine.
Dr. Pfeiffer mentioned premature ejaculation as a symptom of histadelia in his book (page 155). This topic is worth reading. On page 160, he prescribes following to lower the histamine:
In summary, the treatment program for histadelia is:
1. Vitamin C 1.0 gm AM & PM
2. Vitamin B-6 to normal dream recall
3. DL-Methionine 500 to 1000 mg AM & PM
4. Calcium salt 500 mg AM & PM
5. Phenytoin (Dilantin) 100 mg AM & PM
6. Low protein diet
7. Avoid multivitamins and folic acid

Here is another document which describes to lower histamine levels using Methionine, L-Arginine, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and calcium etc.

Here is a list of histamine lowering foods. Some of these are often found in premature ejaculation supplements.
Sulfur rich foods (like ginger, garlic, onions, turmeric, eggs, cauliflower, broccoli) are good to reduce histamine. Quercetin, Nyquil, butterbur also lowers histamine.
Most effective supplements are MSM, SAMe, Methionine, L-Arginine/Citrulline, Calcium, Vitamin-C, inositol, TMG, and zinc.
Avoid: Folic Acid, Alcohol, histadine, sugar
Delayed ejaculators are given histadine to increase histamine levels.

D. Dopamine is a pleasure and motivation neurotransmitter.
High levels cause over excitement and over arousal and therefore cause premature ejaculation. If your refractory period is low, then you are high in dopamine.
Anxiety, psychosis, addiction, compulsion, gambling, aggression and unhealthy risk taking are some symptoms associated with increased levels of dopamine.

Low levels of dopamine cause Parkinson's disease etc. In this case Macuna Prurens is used to increase dopamine.

E. Nitric Oxide is also very important to relax the smooth muscles and calm the nerves. L-Arginine, Citrulline, Ashwagandha, pomegranate, watermelon is good for increasing nitric oxide production.


Mineral Imbalance
Mineral Imbalance is another important factor in premature ejaculation. It greatly affects the neurotransmitter balance.
Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Calcium etc., are also very important. These are often included with a multi mineral tablet.
Almonds, nuts are important for healthy nervous system and contain balanced minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium etc.


Summary:
If you are making slow progress with pelvic floor exercises and edging etc, there is no harm in trying some of the above herbal and food supplements. These are just foods and not prescription drugs.

What a typical supplement for premature ejaculation looks like? It contains ingredients to lower histamine levels and increase serotonin, GABA and nitric oxide.

Funny how perception changes. About ten weeks ago (week 53) my new in-cylinder high scores were 20,6 cm at 6 inHg and 20,7 cm at7 inHg. But when I get just those readings now, I get disappointed. Now I aim for those impressive 21 cm (8.27 in) that I have reached two times now, felt almost unreal to see the tip of my penis at the 21 cm mark on the ruler.
I hope that that kind of result will become more common in the weeks to come.

Loneliness

So I'm sitting here, on Friday night, on my computer looking at this lovely forum and it suddenly occurred to me that it's pretty lonely here right now. It just feels...abandoned almost. Nobody is around making posts, the usual lively banter isn't here, and I can't help but thinking it's because everybody is out doing something cool, or having fun, or getting laid, or whatever...and I'm not.

It's kind of a nightmare flashback for me to huge portions of my life. I spent so many years being alone that the feeling of loneliness is almost like a companion to me. A companion I despise that is. I vividly remember in high school being at home on Friday nights with my mom because...I didn't have anything else to do or anywhere else to go. For me, the worst Fridays were the Fridays where a dance was happening. Not that I was or is a "dancer" but going to the dances was big. Almost everybody went, even the nerds. But not me. Not once, ever, did I go to a dance. Not one.

In college...oh I did stuff on Fridays...and I had my fun. When I was a freshman I went to play pool with friends or go to BW3 and play trivia and eat wings. But women...nope. I was afraid and my fear doomed me to the constant feeling of loneliness. As I got older I kept thinking that "it" would happen for me, but it didn't. When I was 20 I used to spend Fridays at a friends apartment where they had small "parties"...the people who where old enough would buy the beer and everybody would have fun. Not huge crowds but I enjoyed it and the presence of the neighbor girls at those parties made it more fun. Still though, no women for me, and so at the end of the night when I walked into my empty dorm room guess who was waiting for me? Loneliness.

The summer I turned 21 I was doing an internship in which housing was provided for all the interns. We lived in 3 apartments in the same community (2-4 people per unit). It was 2:1 women:men as it is in my profession. I fell in love for the first time that summer.......this is actually hard to write about....she captivated me and what's more, she seemed to like me. We spent time together, even time alone, frequently on Friday night. We would watch scary movies and she would rest her head on my shoulder or my lap. We would talk about things that I didn't talk to other people about, stuff like this. She had a boyfriend. At the end of the night, she always went back to her place and I went to my bedroom to be greeted by my old friend loneliness.

When I was 23-24 and most of my friends had graduated and left college...I was still there. Not because I'm a stupid ass but because I was in a 6 year professional program and they all got 4 year degrees. I still had friends but it wasn't the same. On Friday's I might go to work or I might sit alone in my apartment watching movies and drinking a beer or 6 while my roommate spent time with his girlfriend. Sometimes I would get a flask of whisky and walk the campus in despair. I liked the top level of the parking garage because it was quiet and allowed me to wallow in my sorrow and fully commune with my old pal loneliness.

After I graduated, from when I was 25-26, I went into a residency program. A social life was almost out of the question then as I was literally working 80 hours per week. I lived alone, of course, and on the rare occasion I was not busy on a Friday night I was at home alone. I had a nice apartment...vaulted ceilings, a deck that looked out onto a lake, a "garden tub"...the place should have been a chick magnet but it wasn't. My only companion in that nice apartment was loneliness.

When I finished the residency I started a fellowship because I guess I like pain. I again moved to a new city and found myself living alone. I worked a lot, no doubt, but it wasn't as much as residency. My co-fellows were great and still my friends to this day. One was a great guy who was/is married and the other older than me. Even though I had friends, on Friday's I was always alone.

THEN, I met the woman who is now my wife. I was 26 when I met her but the bulk of our relationship occurred after I turned 27. The year I was 27 was the best year...I was with her all the time and even if I wasn't physically with her I was chatting with her online. Loneliness faded into my past. She was loving and patient with me and helped me finally become a man....and I loved her for it. I still love her. And yet, here I sit on Friday night having a beer with my old friend loneliness. Life is funny sometimes...
