ANOTHER STRANGE MONTH!!! I jelqed a total of 16 out of 31 days this month.
Results: I gained .3 inches in length and none in girth.
I am very happy with my results. Thank god I had a growth spurt at the end of the month. Literally, the last .15 inches only showed up three days before the end of the month. I was becoming increasingly concerned that I wouldn't gain much more than the original .15" I had gained in the first week. IF SOMETHING WORKS, STICK WITH IT. I changed what I was doing the second and third weeks of the month and I think that may have hurt my results (this might not be true, I might have just been working up to the gains). You know, who knows?
I think a majority of my gains come from jelqing. Jelqing complemented by light bends and stretches seems to be the perfect combination so far.
Lots of rest and heat are big contributors to penile health and recovery from exercise. From this point on, I am going to use heat multiple times a day everyday.
When I jelq my penis needs to be full of blood, but not erect. This is very important. I think when you jelq with an erection it destroys tissue and your recovery time is spent recovering, not growing. If my penis feels hard instead of being plump, warm, and squishy, its erect. Helis work well to push the blood into your flaccid penis. Jelqing from there is very productive.
I am very happy with my progress this far, although I was hoping I would gain a full 1" in three months, thats a bit unrealistic because I would have had to gain .45 in the last month. With only .15 inches left I will probably gain the 1 inch in under four months. Still pretty darn good. I am hoping I can continue to gain at a .25 inches a month for the next four months. If its possible, I'll do it.
I was reading a thread about continuing gains after first 3 to 4 months and it suggested constantly changing your routine making no two days the same. I messaged Dangler about this situation and he suggested something to the effect of, 'Stacking everything you can against the increasingly tougher gains'. So I am going to continue to learn and implement things that help my P.E. I might start hanging in the next month.
During the second and third week of the month, I was exceedingly sore which I couldn't figure out. I did some new made up exercises that I see no evidence that helped my growth. That said, I am very thankful for my results. The past month was a fantastic learning experience. I have an extremely solid understanding of what makes me gain, which makes me very excited about August.
My injury is looking much better and I can do heavier exercises including clamping without pain, swelling or discoloration to that spot. I think this is a good sign but It's not completely healed and I don't think PE is aiding in the recovery process, but it doesn't appear to be severely hurting it either. I have been putting Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil, Olive Oil, Caster Oil, ect.
In the last month I spent a bit of time worrying about switching from length to girth after I was done with my length goals. I had a few uncertainties, like what if I don't gain girth? Or what if I continue to gain length when I am trying to gain girth? Like what if I end up at 9 inches and its to long?

Forty-ninth week
Gains still there
This week I made a soft pumping re-start after the vacation travelling. Still on vacation though...
I was wondering if the three weeks pause would have decreased my length a little, but I was glad to see that it is still there, if anything I have gained one millimeter during the three weeks of no pumping but with a few short sporadic stretching occasions.
Felt really good to feel that pressure building up in the cylinder again. Pumping is a pleasure!

* Monday morning: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at the end at 6 inHg. Directly afterwards I had BPEL = 20,1 cm (7.91 in).

* Tuesday: Pump, 5 minutes at 5 inHg.

Fifthieth week
BPFSL quantum leap
This week I was very surprised when I did a Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length measurement and the tip of my penis reached all the way to 21,0 cm (8.27 in), the previous week it was 20,2 cm (7.95 in). What happened? Maybe I just have become better at stretching my flaccid, maybe it really has made a quantum leap. Maybe both.
Other nice things are new high scores concerning in-cylinder lengths. It sems to have been a good thing for my gains to have three weeks rest from PE!
The previous week I did measure BPEL = 19,9 cm (7.83 in). One of my main goals is to achieve a BPEL of 20 cm. But I will wait until week 52 to see if I did made it there during one year of pumping. The improvements in other measurements really has made my hope go up for reaching such a milestone.

* Wednesday: Pump, 10 minutes (9 min at 6 inHg + 1 min at 7 inHg). 20,2 cm (7.95 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg.
* Thursday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg with a few short spikes to 7 inHg. 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg. It really did grew the last minute, went from 20,2 cm to 20,4 cm.
* Saturday night: Pump, 2 times 5 minutes at 5-7 inHg (sinus wave form of pressure variation). 20,4 cm (8.03 in) in-cylinder length at 6 inHg.
* Friday noon: Pump, 6 minutes at 6 inHg with a few short spikes to 7 inHg.
* Friday afternoon: Pump, 7 minutes at 6 inHg with a few short spikes to 7 inHg. In-cylinder length 20,5 cm (8.07) at 7 inHg and 20,4 cm (8.03 in) at 6 inHg.
* Saturday: BPFSL = 21,0 cm (8.27 in)!!! Quantum leap for BPFSL!!!
* Saturday evening: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. In-cylinder length 20,5 cm (8.07 in) at 6 inHg, and 20,6 cm (8.11 in) at 7 inHg when I increased the pressure a short time before ending session. Both measurements are new high scores!!!
* Sunday morning: Pump, 5 minutes at 5 inHg. In-cylinder length 19,9 cm (7.83) in.
* Sunday night: Pump, 12 minutes at 6 inHg. In-cylinder length 20,4 cm (8.03 in).

August 10, 2013 workout
I took a break from PE and supplements but it lasted longer than I had intended. Was going to take a week off to rest but it was quite a bit longer than that. From time to time I would use one of my penis pumps for greater girth for sex. I love using the pump before sex because the bigger look and increased girth is a turn on for me. Sex feels the same but it is the psychological effect that is the big plus.
My erection quality is still very good, and it feels it is getting better. I attribute this to the fact that I am not always touching it, outside PE. My wife gets to hold it and since we share it it is a great way to build better erections when she is the only one touching it.
1. I did 4 hours of extending with the two inch and 1/2 inch rods with the x4. That was the only PE for the day.

August 11, 2013 workout
1. Hot shower for 10 minutes to warm up.
2. 2 hours of extender use with 2 1/2 inches of rods attached to the device. I was at a fast food joint off of I-95 when the extender came off. I had to grab it because my boxers would not hold it up. Thankfully, no one to my knowledge saw me placing my hand on my genital region to keep the device from falling to the ground.
Sometimes PE is funny.

August 13, 2013 workout
The previous day was a rest day. It is difficult but i am going to implement more rest days into my PE schedule.
1. 10 minute warmup in shower.
2. 20 minutes of manual stretching in various directions.
3. 3 hours using the extender with two and one half inches of rods placed on the x4.

August 14, 2013 workout
1. 5 minute warmup in shower.
2. 10 minutes basic jelq.
3. 10 minutes Bathmate. Started slowly and gradually increased to full pressure.
3. 15 minutes of jelqing.
4. 15 minutes Bathmate use high pressure. I did this routine because the temporary gains from using the pumps during my break were not as impressive. The routine used above did make me much more girthy than just using the pump for a few minutes.
5. 4 hours 45 minutes extender use. For the first 45 minutes used 2 1/2 inches of rods and the last four hours used the 3 inch rods.
I started taking the supplements again as well.

August 15, 2013 workout
Still having great morning wood. PE is a big contributor to this better penis state.
1. 5 minutes warming up in the shower.
2. 20 minutes of Penomet use with red gaiter. After use, flaccid girth was 5 5/8 inches.
3. 4 hours using the x4 extender with 3 inch rods.
Took the following supplements to include the following: VigRX, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.
4. 10 minutes jelqing, lightly anywhere from 5 to 80% erection level.
5. 15 minutes of stretching. Various but mostly side to side, with two minutes of circular motions, another two minutes shifting it from straight down to up.
6. 20 minutes of Bathmate use at full pressure.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!
Started on the road to a better body at the start of the year so why not better my penis? Gonna be off to university soon so hopefully will be able to stay on track but I'm really motivated.

Fifty-first week
Almost one year
This week has been a pretty normal pumping week with sessions monday to friday but no PE during the weekend so I will be prepared for some rested measurements on monday week 52.
It will be very interesting to see if I have reached my long-term goal of 20 cm BPEL. I did have a 19,9 cm BPEL a couple of weeks ago, but that was in an afternoon when I had done some pumping during the morning. After a pumping session my BPEL usually is 20,0 to 20,2 cm. So I really do not think that I have reached 20 cm yet.
But we'll see next week... stay tuned!

Something funny happened
Last night I had a huge hardon. It was harder than I haver ever felt ... and it started twitching ... like it almost had a mind (and goal) of its own...
Have done my share of kegels today. And am already noticing that my flaccid turtleback is already a bit diminishing.
