Bathmate First Week
Just got around to posting these. I think I have made some girth gains, if not length gains, since taking these, but I don't want to measure just yet... I don't want to become obsessed with measuring. Lol. Anyways, I'm starting small, but I think I'm making progress. Thoughts?

July 13, 2013 workout
I have been away for awhile but now I am back.
1. did 20 minutes of stretching in various directions.
2. Use a water based penis pump for 20 minutes.
3. Jelqed for 15 minutes.
I took the same supplements listed previously and have been very hard and long lately when I get up. Morning wood has been great.
I do not think I gained on July 4 but I feel rested and ready to workout more.

July 14, 2013 workout
1. 20 minutes of stretching in various directions.
2. 10 minutes of jelqing.
3. Jai stretches on and off all day.
Took, my supplements, Vigrx, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.
Again great morning wood. edged a few times then just blew my load.

July 15, 2013 workout
1. 11 minutes of jelqing.
2. 15 minutes of pumping with the red Penomet gaiter.
3. 25 minutes of manual stretching in various directions. Mostly side to side. Would do 100 reps then take a few seconds for a break then change hands.
Took, my supplements, Vigrx, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.
Morning wood was not good. Due to reasons outside of PE.

July 16, 2013 workout
Took half a stack of supplements to start off the morning that included the following, Vigrx, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.
Drank a vegetable smoothie, with carrots, butternut squash, baby potatoes, peppers, celery and pepper and honey.
1. Warmed up for 10 minutes in the shower.
2. Penomet pump with the red gaiter at full pressure for 15 minutes.
3. Stretched side to side and all other directions for 30 minutes. I only took a few breaks for a few seconds. I am stuck at 7 3/16 BPEL so I am trying some new methods. i.e. stretching more or less continuously when time permits.
4. Jelqed and Ulis for 30 minutes. When performing these excercises I lubed up with essential vein oil as suggested from this site. It works great and makes my junk feel smooth and healthy.

Other notes - morning wood a 10/10. It would not go down so I just laid in bed for close to an hour with a hard on.
-- Performed Jai stretces when I went to the bathroom and a few times when I returned home from work.

improvement
i started pegym about 3 weeks ago and i have seen improvement in lenght from 6.5 to 7.25 it feels good just want to tell u folks dont stop trying pegym and i allso have seen a improvement in stamina doing kegels i now last 30 min compare to 10 min my babe now enjoy it more than ever

Slow/No gainers rant
Not sure when or why my blog turned into a place for ranting, there is excellent information that everyone should read, if your are a noob then check out my other entries, this particular entry is me letting off steam and yelling to those who are very vocal about saying PE is a hoax. All I can say is that if you've been doing PE for several months and haven't seen any gains then you are succeeding. You have the most important thing, dedication even while facing no returns. BUT you are doing something wrong. I have yet to see any newbie with the proper attitude and research done into PE not gain. The thing to realize is that there is no exact formula, following the JP90 to the letter for three months (I will add that I did the Remek routine, not JP90 which seems to be the standard) and not seeing gains doesn't mean it doesn't work, it means you haven't done your homework and taken the proper approach. To be honest you've just wasted all the time you spent the past several months. You didn't get it, you don't understand it, and until you do you won't gain. Read the rest of my blog, read other progress logs of people who have succeeded, read those of people who didn't. Don't look for a routine to copy, look for the mindset taken by those who did succeed. You'll find some commonalities between the successful people and the ones who haven't succeeded yet. It's not about the routine, the routine makes zero difference. As I said before a proper jelq is worth ten with bad form, I think I underestimated that ratio. Learn to read your body, learn the proper intensity for you, stop looking for the easy answer, dig deep and look into yourself. I read introductions all the time and can say with almost perfect accuracy who will gain during their beginner routine and who won't. PE is not a numbers game, it's not something you learn from reading, it's learned by having the right mindset and figuring out by doing. Stop asking everyone if jelqing for X minutes and stretching for X minutes will get you to gain, it's not how much you do but how you do.

Introduction
Hi all
I have been doing PE consistently now since Nov 2011. I first tried PE 10 years before that but never stuck with it (as I didn't see instant results! Stupid stupid boy).
I haven't felt the need to ask questions on here, as any questions I had were already answered by some of the great veteran posters of this site (you know who you are).
Anyway instead of hiding in the background I may as well join the party.
Starting stats:
L= 6½" BPEL which is a loss of 1/2" from when I was a teen!
G= 5" MSG
Didn't have a BPFL measurement from then, my first measurement is from feb 2012 and reads 7¼" which I estimate to be a quarter inch above the starting point.
Most recent measurements:
6 ¼ NBPEL
7 ¼ BPEL
7 ⅞ BPFL
5 ½ Base Girth (BG)
5 ⅛ or 5 ¼ MS If I kegeled. Have (with clamping) got mid shaft to 5 3/8"
My routine was mostly manual, from the book by Aaron Kemmer. I tried all 3 bathmates (and sold them all). I still have a Kaplan pump but most recently have been hanging with a malehanger (bib hardcore rip off, sorry didn't know till after I bought it) and have also tried out the malehanger TPD (clamp). I intend to do nothing but hang next month, then follow that with a month of supraslammers.
I will continue till my NBPEL is 7" and at that point decide whether or not to continue with length.
Thanks for all the great posts, they've been very helpful. To anyone starting out on the journey, good luck, you can make progress (doesn't matter if it's slow) just keep on with it.

Forty-sixth to forty-eight week
As a part of my summer vacation I have been travelling and thus almost no PE.
Just a few occasional stretches and tunica tugs when visiting a toilet, but those were so sporadic and few so I would rather count this as three rest weeks.
It's been a warm and sunny summer here in Sweden. Lots of sexy women with little clothes walking around giving inspiration to continue PE :D

My routine was mostly Pumping, Tension Stretches, and Jelqing.
Not much has changed during this Summer except for now I know and understand what an EQ of 10 actually is. My smooth muscle appears to be more than ready for the new stresses of hardcore hanging. I will do a more traditional method of hanging meaning that every week I will try to add one pound and also every month I will do a max set. The max set will be heavy weights that I have to build up to during the set to ensure fatigue.
Hanging~~~ Weight now is 10 pounds and the skin stretch is horrible.
Extending~~~This is also mostly skin stretch right now.
Size updates:
BPEL 7 3/8 +1/4
BPFSL 7 7/8 + 1/4
TEG 4.88 +0 no change
MEG 5 3/8 -1/4
