I've been here on these forums for almost three months, been PEing for three. This doesn't make me an expert on anything, but I have learned a few things along the way. Some background: I'm not a kid, I'm in my forties and as such I've managed to figure some things out in life, developed common sense. I read everything I could before I placed my one and only penis in any sort of peril, when I was done reading I read everything again and made sure I understood it. If you want to avoid mistakes and injuries during your PE journey then at least listen and consider my advice and observations.
1. You'll notice after being here for awhile that the VAST majority of people start PE and drop out within the first couple of months. This does not mean it doesn't work, it means people aren't willing to invest what it takes to be successful. Don't be that guy.
2. What works for one person won't work for you. Asking for advice on your routine isn't going to yield any satisfactory or useful advice. Your beginning journey into PE isn't about finding the perfect routine. Your goal for the first three months is to condition your penis, perfect the basic exercises, and most importantly to learn how to listen to your penis. Learn when you are overtraining and when you can push the intensity a little further. Advanced exercises should never be attempted until you have learned this crucial skill of listening to your body.
3. Increases to your routine go beyond reps and adding time. ANY increase to your routine should be done in slow increments. If you are following number two in this list then you will become progressively more effective in the exercises you are already doing. If you've gone from ten minutes of jelqs to twenty over the course of your first month but then suddenly have a eureka moment and your jelqs become 100% more efficient then you should consider scaling back your time.
4. You do not know better than everyone else. Stop trying to drastically modify long standing and proven beginners routines. I'm all for innovation but don't offer a new beginner routine until you have actually completed a beginner routine and have a clue about PE. You may be able to come up with something that will become the de facto standard for years to come, but don't experiment with your own oenis until you've learned some things first.
5. Stop reading the sales pitches and leave the devices until later. If you do everything correctly you will gain with manual only, look to hanging and devices after you've stopped gaining manually and have conditioned your penis. And do not ever as a beginner start adding a device routine on top of a full beginner manual routine. Go to the injury forum, go directly to the injury forum, do not pass go, do not collect $200
6. If you are not gaining you are doing something wrong. Focus on technique, figure out a proper jelq. Not gaining does NOT mean you should start doing two sessions a day. Nobody is ever not gaining because they aren't putting enough time in, they just aren't using their time effectively. Technique and form will get you gains, not squeezing until your penis pops or pulling it out by the roots.
7. Gains happen on rest days, not from the exercises. The exercises prepare the penis for gains made during the healing process (read: rest days).
8. No, you do not have to follow your beginner routine to the letter, it should be used as a guide (see number two, what works for one won't work for you). If you can't do 5on/2off because of your schedule or you feel overtrained then do 2/1 or 4/2, whatever you feel is right for you. If your beginner guide says this week bump up your jelq times but you don't feel ready then don't do it. If you have really listened to your body and feel like you can bump it up more than what the routine calls for then do it (carefully and slowly).
9. The single most important piece of advice and the source of this rant - READ. The main website has explanations and photos and videos of all the exercises. There are complete manuals and guides for beginners. Use the search feature in the forums or better yet google your question with "pegym" in the keywords. Your question has probably been asked and answered a couple dozen times. If you can't find your answer after looking then post it. People here are very generous giving their time and advice, so be polite and don't have them answer the same question they just answered yesterday for someone else.
10. Did I mention read? Read all the important threads. Take a look at the stickies in the beginners forum. There's over a MILLION reads on the JP90 thread, now look at the "Safety first" thread. Do you see what I'm getting at? 53 thousand reads compared to a million, one for safety and one for blindly jumping right in. You only have one penis. An injury can last a lifetime, taking an extra week to read before starting a routine is a small investment.
11. Patience. This really is a journey, take your time. Getting your 8x6 isn't going to happen overnight, and if your life is such that you have to have it in a month then you need to re-evaluate your life and priorities.
I should add one more for an even dozen but I think this about covers it. My goal with this thread is to eliminate the silliness and help newbies (I still consider myself one) from injuring themselves. You'll get the usual welcome from the members and be told to read the "start here" link in the top left of the page, as a beginner you should take their advice and actually start there before you begin doing any exercises. I also hope to clear up all the naysayers who say PE doesn't work, it does work and will work for anybody who approaches it properly. It just doesn't work overnight. Spend the next three months learning and perfecting YOUR routine, if you gain size then great, if you only gain knowledge then you are further ahead than you realize and will gain in the second three months of your journey. That is your goal, learn, master technique, acquire knowledge about your body and PE.

June 13, 2013 workout
1. 700 side to sides, very heavy pulling from 200 on. This stretch takes a long time. It took me 23 minutes to do 700 reps. Manipulatng the penis from one leg back to the other is one rep. Only limiting factor on ppulling harder was my grip. Took a few hours of a break..
2. 200 side to sides with heavy pulling.
3. 4 hours of extender use. I used the two inch rods. I then attached the 1/2 inch rods and unscrewed the rods almost all the way out and my penis got very skinny. I then tightened the screws all the way down and my unit became thicker and felt better.

June 14, 2013 workout
1. 5 minutes of Bathmate warm up at low pressure. Then a two minute break.
2. 5 Minutes of Bathmate at full pressure, then right into 5 minutes of jelqing. Did this 3 times.
3. 2000 side to side stretches.
4. 3 hours of extender use, moderate tension used the2 inch bars and the half inch bars.

Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes... Well, Updates
First, I would like to say, I am ordering a bathmate sometime this weekend, so look forward to lots of questions about that! :)
Second, many of you may already know this or do this, but I found that my extender is much more comfortable with a few layers of ACE bandage between my skin and the noose. I was able to wear it much longer last night without irritation. It is ACTUALLY comfortable... something I thought would never happen with the extender.
Third, good new! I was able to add an extra 1/2 inch to my extender. I have measured yet, but I knew the tension was not where it should be. :)
AND LASTLY, I did fowers last night for the first time, and I think it was a great way to end my extender session. I even fell asleep in that position. :)

JP90 Routine - Results - Week 2 of 12
So far any changes I'm seeing seem to be superficial. Maybe the stretching and jelqing is teasing out some length that would have been there. But really nothing very exciting yet. Not that I thought there would be only 2 weeks in...
SFL: 6.0" - Same, still stretched
EL: 5.5" - A little longer NBP
BPEL: 5.5" - no change
FG: 4.5" - is hanging a little more plump now
HEG: 5.25" - no change
MSEG: 5.5" - no change
BEG: 6.0" - Slightly girthier at the base

Bumpy Dick
So, I'm getting little dry bumps around the head of my penis. I think they are from wearing the extender too long, as they appear where the noose holds my penis in place.
Am I leaving it on too long?
Is it too tight?
Have you seen this before?
I will say, I have been wearing it about an hour or more at a time and my head is pretty purple by the end. I let fresh blood in for 2-3 mins then restrap.
Routine: I also slept in fowfers last night, switching sides each time I rolled over.

June 15, 2013 workout
Was on a transcontinental flight and only made time for the extender.
1. Used extender for 8 hours and took a break after a few. Went to the bathroom and did 200 side to sides.
Sunday will be my rest day. Had great hard on in the morning.
Also received supplements. II will be taking semenax, maca (will mix it with juice or water), VigRX.

Accurate Measurements
Sadly I have been guestamating the size of my penis because I don't like to measure. In the size tracker app I use I marked my NEBP as 3.5 and my NEG as 2.5. What shoddy guess work... I did some new measurements today and found out that I am actually NEBP 4 with a NEG of 4 as well. So that was nice... as I was apparently selling myself "short"! Lol. The down size is that I have one of the smallest NENBP that I have seen at 2.5 inches. More than anything, I'd like to fix that. I'm thinking it is time to loose some weight. Next I need to take erect measurements... but I want to wait until I rise to the occasion naturally.

Forty-second week
Pumping every day
This week I actually managed to squeeze in a pump session every day. Ok, there were a couple of really short sessions, but I did get my penis under pressure each day.
One thing I have been wondering about lately is if it is more effective to have several short session or fewer long sessions. I think I will try the several short sessions variant next week and see how it works out...
* NOTES for week 42 *
* Monday: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,0 cm (7.87 in) in-cylinder length. Afterwards BPEL was 19,7 cm (7.76 in).
* Tuesday: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,0 cm (7.87 in) in-cylinder length at end at 6 inHg, before ending session I increased to 7 inHg and got 20,2 cm (7.95 in). Packing length: 6 cm. Afterwards MSEG was 13,7 cm (5.39 in).
* Wednesday morning: Pump, 10 minutes at 6 inHg.
* Wednesday evening: Pump, 3 minutes at 7 inHg.
* Thursday morning: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,1 cm (7.91 in) in-cylinder length at the end at 6 inHg.
* Thursday afternoon: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,2 cm (7.95 in) in-cylinder length at the end at 6 inHg. Afterwards BPEL = 19,8 cm (7.80 in).
* Friday: Pump, 15 minutes at 6 inHg. 20,2 cm (7.95 in) in-cylinder length at the end at 6 inHg. 20,3 cm (7.99 in) when I did a short 7 inHg spike before ending the session. Afterwards MSEG = 13,8 cm (5.43 in).

June 17, 2013 workout
1. 20 minutes Bathmate use at low pressure.
2. 2000 side to sides. Would have pulled harder but my grip got tired. It took about thirty minutes to finish the exercise.
3. edged once, did not blow load afterward.
4. did 2 hours of extending with light tension. Only used the two inch bars.
Made a couple smoothies, carrots (cooked a little bit to soften them up), celery, honey, pepper, Maca powder, tomato.
The other was with carrots, celery, watermelon, green grapes, Maca powder, honey and pepper. Also put in a Semenax and VigRX pill.
5. Edged again, did not blow load afterward.

2. 850 side to sides. Watched a video on how to perform the move correctly. It took me thirty mnutes to complete this number of reps. Wil have to come back tonight and finish the rest.

PENIS SIZE = CONFIDENCE... Period!
The face of a man is usually an open book to most women. They can read practically anything in our faces. COLTJUSTICE Extending Log
Well the valve on my PMP broke...I was off for about 10 days or so...
Today (07/12/2013) is my first day back and I have gotten 3 sets of 2 hours so far.
Hoping to get in about 100 hours by July 25 2013...don't think I will hit my 8in BPEL or my 6.2 EG
