By God's grace, I woke up.
My sleep log looks like this:
- Sleep Length: 6:59
- Sleep Quality: 4/5
- Morning Steel: 3.5/4
- Sleep Deficit is over 60 minutes :(
I finished my Kegel Training a few moments ago.
I did the following:
- Quick Kegels: 28 reps x 3 sets
- Kegel Slams: 5 reps
- JAI Stretch and Kegels during bathroom breaks.
I did violate one of the Circle of Gains which is: "Gradually Increase Intensity" because I did 28 reps kegels instead of 26. On Friday, I stay in my lane and do 26 and increase by 2 next week. Slow and steady, UJ...Slow and steady.
