I just finished my training.
- Warm-up: 10-minutes (fire roll & shaking)
- Ultimate Jelq: 14-minutes
- Warm-down: 10 minutes (fire roll & shaking)
I listened to penis subliminal while training. Good workout today. Lord willing, I hope to go to bed earlier tonight. Last night, I was doing foreskin pulling and fell asleep only to wake up at 10:50-ish (I was in bed at 10:15 I think). Hence, my sleep went down. :(
