By God's grace, I woke up this morning.

Nap Today: 20 minutes
As promised, I added 2 minutes to my Ultimate Jelq time (12 minutes) with 10-minutes warm-up and 10-minutes warm-down (with hot water from shower head). I would UJ straight ahead and also going down. I did my best to dig into the CS without any pain. I could feel the intensity. I also had my ideal visualization goal in front of me and used subliminal audio to help too.
My EQ level was excellent (75% or 3.5 out of 4.0). I was hanging lower after warm-down and I took private pictures for record.
Good training today. I am well-pleased. Lord willing, tomorrow I will do my kegels and I know work will be insane tomorrow so I'll make time to get them in.
