Good Afternoon Stalkers! :spy:

I know whatcha thinkin'...where's Friday's entry?

Welp...I was assaulted by seasonal allergies and I could not kick out at two at all. I got ready for bed about 10:30-ish. I did my foreskin stretching and hit the bed. I realized I couldn't breathe out of my nostrils so I sprayed my nose with medicine and then konked out.

Some of you may be saying, "Well, if it was me, I would have powered through it."

I would point you to remember the Circle of Gain principle #1 - Obtain Adequate Rest.

Now here's the kicker...because I went to bed early and slept for 7 hours and 29 minutes, I had morning steel with a range of 3.8 to 3.9 out of 4.0. Did I make a good decision? You betcha. :becky:

I wanted to tweak my training...I will be doing my Kegel training on Saturday too. Since I had extra time as well, I did my Ultimate V-Jelq x 10 minutes with a 5-minute warm-up and 5-minute warm-down.

Now I can rest on Sunday and attack again on Monday. :)
