Wednesday Recap for 8/29/2018

I did my Ultimate Jelqs and I stayed at a solid 3.0 EQ during this time. I did the UJs slow and deliberate. I did 10 minutes with a 5-minutes warm-up and 5-minutes cooldown. Excellent first day!

Thank you, Lord, for waking me up this morning. :)

This morning I did my 3 sets of 20 reps for kegels. I also did reverse kegels when I released after each rep. My morning steel (or morning wood) as VERY strong. In fact, it woke me up at about 3 or 4 am-ish. I would rate the hardness factor as about 3.8 to 3.9 out of 4.0. Welcome back, Friend! :becky:

I am happy that morning steel is back and I am surprised considering that I ate ice cream and whipped topping before bed to celebrate a special event with my wife and daughter. Now I did drink a cup of beet juice and later in the day a cup of green tea during the work day. This may be factors to the hardness. I also did 1 set of 20 kegels by accident then realizing that doing them every other day is best. This may be key too.
