Focus this training cycle: Girth

By God's grace, I woke up that morning.

* Sleep: 4h 59m
* Nap: 20m
* Morning Wood: Level 3.0 to 3.5

Yoga

* Bedtime Yoga: 19:09


Day Training

* 4 sets of clamping (10 minutes each with the last set I used 3 clamps on the base, middle, and under the glans)
* After clamping, 10 minutes of either Ulitmate V-Jelqs and Ultimate Jelqs. Tremendous beefiness afterward!

Showertime

*Testicle massage

Before Bedtime

* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

((Training Thoughts))

Sensational training day! I am enjoying the UVJ and UJ a lot and combined with clamping...I am getting great expansion. I think I will, Lord willing, measure at the end of the month.
