Since being on the Agile Results system, I have learned to flow with the day. I was able to get my clamping in and because the Lord woke me up early, I even got my kegels in. I think I finally am finding a training scheme that works for me and this makes me feel relieved. I had to find my own way and I am glad that I decided to do just that. I am not discounting sage advice from others...Unfortunately, they do not know one's schedule and what is going on in one's life...you have to fit PE...no, customize to your own unique situation. This is true freedom. Whoa...that's deep. :biggrin1:
