* 10 minutes Cardio

Day Training

*Throughout The Work Day: Ultimate Jelqs (during work breaks), Ulitmate V-Jelqs (during work breaks), Bundled Stretches (under the leg), Bundled LAS

Showertime

*Testicle massage

Before Bedtime

* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

I am starting to focus on feeling than being bound to time or reps. When the UJs and UVJs are done properly with focus, I feel the difference and the unit sufficiently being worked on. Now in regards to the LAS, I am working up progressively with 30 seconds each time I do them. I'm up to 2 minutes now.
