* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

Day raining

* 4 sets of clamping (last set I used three clamps: bottom, middle, and under glans) - 10 minutes

My morning steel has been rather meh. I think due to lack of sleep consistency. I will need to shore this up again. Sigh...the challenge is real!
