Woke up today feeling great! I did some stretches with kegels as soon as my morning wood went away, then did about two minutes of yoga. Great morning routine. Went into work late, so I also made time for the "bring sally up" push-up challenge. Anyways, I've gotten about 6 hours in the old extender over the last two days, my roommates were gone so I felt free to use it. Feels good to have a light stretch going for so long. Also did some passive stretching at work.
To do this passive stretching, I tuck my penis under a leg, move my testes out of the way and sit on it, rotating my hips back to get a nice stretch. Since I started doing these about an hour a day at work (I don't sit much) I have noticed gains in my stretched flaccid length, which is really motivating.
I've continued my previously mentioned exercises, but it is sometimes a struggle given my propensity to get an erection while doing the downward jelqs. If I ejaculated beforehend, I'm not sure it would help my efforts based on what I have read. Other than that things are going smoothly.
