By God's grace, I woke up that morning. No work yesterday. Holiday observed at work. Praise the Lord!

* Morning Wood: Level 4 (off the charts hardness!) :dance:
Yoga
* 5-minute warm-up
* Yoga for Strong Legs (Approx. 12 minutes)
* Yoga for Core Strength (Approx 23 minutes)
Before Bedtime
* 15-minute manual foreskin tugging
Evening Training
*11-minutes of The Oscillator (PE)
* Daily Kegel Practice while doing The Oscillator: Approx. 10 minutes
* Frog Pumps: 20 reps (exercise)
((Thoughts))
Fantastic training time...My penis felt sore from the tugging and pumped from oscillating. My Kryptonite though will probably kill any gains because I stayed up past 12 am watching videos on my smartphone (pro wrestling, exercise videos).
On July 5, 2018, I recorded only 5 hours 18 minutes. No morning steel. I own up to this and will work on improving this area on shutting off my smartphone after training before bed.
