By God's grace, I woke up that morning.

* 30-minutes HIIT (variety of calisthenics with Millionaire Hoy video)
After Workout Shake
- Approx. 1 cup of pea protein milk
- Approx 1 cup of low-fat cow milk
- 1 tbsp of Jif's Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
(Blend and drink)
Before Bedtime
* 15-minute manual foreskin tugging
Evening Training
* 13-minutes of The Oscillator (PE)
* Daily Kegel Practice while doing The Oscillator: 13:16.73
* Butterfly Bridge: 20 reps (exercise)
((Thoughts))
Even with 5 hours of sleep and muscle soreness...Even though I helped the wife by vacuuming the bedrooms...Even if I worked a full 8 hours...I still decided to get my cardio in. I did the Millionaire Hoy Sore HIIT video. I sweated a storm. I did not get to do this nude because I had to keep the door open to hear our daughter knock on the front door so I could let her in. (My wife was taking a shower) Plus, I wanted them to see me to internally influence about being fit. Sneaky, I know. :becky:
I also noticed that since I have been using my nose as the primary air path, I do not get as winded as before. I was able to hang with Hoy through the whole workout. This is a great sign!
Learning from my mistake last night, I went to bed after my PE training at 11 pm. Still not too ideal yet getting better. My goal is to not use electronics at night as much as possible.
Because I went to bed at a decent hour...Lo and behold on July 6...I had morning steel (EQ Level 3.0).
Duh...sleeping early helps...
