* Morning Wood: Level 4
Cardio Training
* Low-impact Cardio in the Buff (hee, hee) - Approx. 30 minutes
Before Bedtime
* 15-minute manual foreskin tugging
Evening Training
- 16-minutes of The Oscillator
((Thoughts))I wanted to focus on cardio before bed so I knocked that out. I locked the door and stripped down nude then worked out. I don't know why I like being nude so much. I am even sleeping in the nude more (at least no shorts) however I cover with a blanket in case our daughter happens to go to the bathroom and peep in our room.
After the cardio, I had my shake:
- 4 tbsp of hemp protein
- 1 c. of pea protein milk
- A swig of low-fat cow milk
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- (Blend)
Silly rabbit me...I did 16 minutes of the oscillator instead of 11 minutes. Oh well...I had a great time doing this exercise. I am learning that when I can feel the ridges of an erection coming on, I need to back off and let the erection subside. I listened to a recording while doing the exercise that repeated penis affirmations which I found on YouTube. Morning steel has been fantastic. Even this morning (July 4), I had a level 3 to level 4 while in the bed. I positioned my legs into yoga bow position then did kegels. So yummy!Thank you for stopping by to read my journey.
