I've mentioned in a few forum posts here and there that MrB8 has some impressive link production skills. It often seems like he posts answers to questions, with multiple links to relevant content, before the question is even asked.

But this post I just read proves it all. Not only does he answer the question accurately, but he informs us that PEGym has a Recipe Fun thread.

While roasting and baking are almost identical ways to cook your food using dry heat, the difference in the two terms comes from the two different types of food they apply to. Generally, we "roast" food that already has a solid structure, such as meat or vegetables, in order to make it more tender inside with a nice crust on the outside.

The term "baking" typically applies to cakes, pies, and breads. In other words, we bake leavened items that need to rise during the cooking process. After they hang out in the oven for the right amount of time, these foods that started off lacking structure become solid and delicious.
Be sure to check out the http://www.pegym.com/forums/gym/46561-recipe-fun.html thread. :)

There may not be an "I Pissed My Pants" button, right next to the "Like" button. But at least there's "Blog This", because sometimes folks, liking a post just doesn't do it justice.

All the best!
