Week 3

So I'm now on to my third week of this PE thing but I'm kinda doing something wrong that makes me want to start over. You see, after my work outs i just love to mire my peen after its been thoroughly worked out and see the temp gains i get. For the 1st and 2nd days i didn't do anything, but on the third day i did something dumb, i wanked!! Now don't get me wrong i don't have anything against wanking but i have rules i follow when doing this pe thing, i do 5 days on and 2 days off and on my off days I'm free to wank. But somehow i stupidly wanked on the third day on the week 3, and it was before i even began to exercise. At first i didn't panic and said to myself "meh...I'll make it up tomorrow, and when it was the following day again i wanked. 2 times in a row is not good so i said no way can i make it 3 in a row, but i guess you know what happened, i did it again :( That's when i decided to punish myself for doing this heinous deed mon, i said "No!!! Unacceptable", and so at that moment i decided then and there that i would start over my exercises from week 1. Hard to do but you do the crime you gotta do the time. Onwards to week 1........Again!!!
