1. Warm shower for ten minutes.
2. 1100 side to side stretches.
3. 15 minutes of squeezes, similar to Uli's.
4. start and stops 3 x but released on fourth attempt.
5. 2 hours 45 minutes extender use, light tension so I wouldn't turtle.
6. warm down with 15 minutes in bathmate.
