My previous routine didn't seem to do a whole lot so a new one is in order. I'm scaling back from a 5 on 2 off routine to 3 on 4 off
Starting stats:
-7" 2/8 BPEL.
-5" 2/8 (Under glans) EG
-5" (Just above base) EG
Starting Pictures: Robberman's Album: 9th June 2013
Routine:
Exercise on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
-10 minute warm up with a heat pad.
-Almond oil as lubricant
-10 minutes jelqing
-10 minutes uli/squeezes/erect bends
-No warm down
-20 Kegels in the morning, afternoon and evening everyday.
Goal:
-7" 4/8 BPEL
-5" 4/8 EG all over/
