PremE Progress Post 001

OK, I've been reading posts on PEGym for weeks now and it's about time I start up a routine and track some progress. This is primarily about Premature Ejaculation (PremE) for me as I only last 30 seconds to 2 minutes while having sex, my wife has basically given up on achieving an orgasm and I want to last longer for her, and my self esteem. I've been trying kegels for PremE for years and after studying this site I am certain that by doing so I've only thrown my already out of balance pelvic floor even further off balance, so achieving pelvic floor balance will be my main focus in this blog. But these blog entries will also track my progress with Penise Enlargement (PE) which is new to me as I never really thought about it, or even thought it possible until reading this site. And I will also go into some detail as I track progress on my decades long battle with hemorrhoids, as I am convinced that its chronic nature is a result of my pelvic floor imbalance a well. I believe that my PremE is originally due to straining to ejaculate as quickly as possible at an early age (thanks to the info at this site )and my hemorrhoids are due to straining to deficate at an early age. So follow along if you like as I track my progress towards pelvic floor balance, penise enlargement, hemorrhoid eradication, and ultimately ... eliminate PremE !

I also study Theology of the Body and John Paul II (Wojtyla) says that "if a woman does not obtain natural gratification from the sexual act there is a danger that her experience of it will be qualitatively inferior, will not involve her fully as a person" (Love and Responsibility, 273).
