Day 4!
Lightened up the grip today and instead of using my shower head to warm up I used a heating bad! Also instead of standing up, I was sitting down in a reclined position.
Noticed two different things:
1) Heating up with the heating pad did not seem as effective as my shower head
2) Lighter grip and slouched position made a HUGE different on jelqing today. Saw the head get engorged and stay engorged during each set.
Overall great workout! We will see how I react by gauging my PIs and make changes after that! One more day until my two day break!
