Wham Wednesday: 10/10/2018

By God's grace, I woke up.

Today's Sleep Record:

- Sleep Duration: 8:00
- Sleep Quality: 3/4
- Morning Steel: 0

Today's training:

- Quick Kegels: 34 reps x 3 sets
- Endurance Kegels: 7 reps (7 sec tight hold)

I go to bed early and my wife wakes up to check on daughter at about 1:00 am to find that she has a fever. Took me a loooooong time to go back to sleep. I didn't stop my sleep tracker though. So I am sure it is off.

No morning steel for 3 days now...hmmm...I wonder this is due to my body still recovering. I did have a semi in the wee hours of the morning yet nothing earth shattering.

The journey continues!
