session 3

I did a 10min warmup followed by three circles of stretches in each direction for 30 seconds.
I followed it up with jelging for 10min and 5min of v-jelgs.
warmdown 5min.

overall the session felt good, i got some red spots but nothing like the one from the last session. I feel like I found a more balanced grip and erection level during the jelgs this time.
