Good Morning Stalkers! :spy:

By God's grace, I woke up.

My sleep record was meh...


  • Sleep Duration: 6:47
  • Sleep Quality: 4/5
  • Morning Steel: 3.9/4


I did the following Kegel Training:


  • 26 reps x 3 sets (Quick Kegels)
  • 6 reps X 1 set (Kegel Slams)


I am done for the day. I may or may not sneak in a measurement. Shhhh...I don't want him to know. ;)
