My sleep record was meh...

- Sleep Quality: 4/5
- Morning Steel: 3.9/4
I did the following Kegel Training:
- 26 reps x 3 sets (Quick Kegels)
- 6 reps X 1 set (Kegel Slams)
I am done for the day. I may or may not sneak in a measurement. Shhhh...I don't want him to know. ;)
