* Day 15 of the 30 Day Glute Challenge (150 reps each of Body Weight Squats and Frog Pumps)

I wanted to get 3 sets of clamping in however this did not happen. Oh well, life goes on. Also, my wife wanted to have sex with me yet she fell asleep waiting for me. She said that she called out my name while I was in the other room...Unfortunately, since I had the fan on, I didn't hear her. :(
Nevertheless...the adventure continues!
