Focus this training cycle: Girth

By God's grace, I woke up that morning.

* Sleep: 6h 51m
* Afternnon Wood (after a nap): Level 4.0

Physical Fitness

* 12:47 Cardio
* Approximately 14-minute core workout
* Day of the 30 Day Glute Challenge (140 reps each: Bodyweight Squats & Frog Pumps)

Before Bedtime

* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging
* Testicle massage (approximately 5 minutes)
* Pelvic massage
* Accupressure on feet

Evening Training

* * 15-minutes Oscillator
* 5-minutes Slow Squash Jelq
* Daily Kegel Practice

((Training Thoughts))

No internet in the neighborhood due to a fiber optic cable doing bad. I still stayed the course and got my training in. Bravo for keeping a good attitude regardless of the crazy adventures I have been having lately!
