1. 5 minutes warming up in the shower.
2. 20 minutes of Penomet use with red gaiter. After use, flaccid girth was 5 5/8 inches.
3. 4 hours using the x4 extender with 3 inch rods.
Took the following supplements to include the following: VigRX, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.
4. 10 minutes jelqing, lightly anywhere from 5 to 80% erection level.
5. 15 minutes of stretching. Various but mostly side to side, with two minutes of circular motions, another two minutes shifting it from straight down to up.
6. 20 minutes of Bathmate use at full pressure.
