1. 5 minute warmup in shower.
2. 10 minutes basic jelq.
3. 10 minutes Bathmate. Started slowly and gradually increased to full pressure.
3. 15 minutes of jelqing.
4. 15 minutes Bathmate use high pressure. I did this routine because the temporary gains from using the pumps during my break were not as impressive. The routine used above did make me much more girthy than just using the pump for a few minutes.
5. 4 hours 45 minutes extender use. For the first 45 minutes used 2 1/2 inches of rods and the last four hours used the 3 inch rods.
I started taking the supplements again as well.
