Journal + Logbook: 2017 July - 2018 January

Preface
Over the last few months, I have started keeping a PE logbook to help maintain a sense of discipline with my routines. I have found that being able to reflect upon past weeks and months have really put my efforts into perspective and allowed me to make more holistic decisions with my future goals, manage my expectations, and fuel my motivation.

In conjunction with regular exercise and a stable professional job, the last one and a half years has allowed me to focus on self-improvement and my well-being; I am almost unrecognisable from the person I was five years ago.

Since this is my first journal entry on PEGym, I have included all my pre-logbook milestones and measurements. It's hard to believe how much I have learnt and grown over the past few years; both in regards to the physical improvements of my penis and as a young adult male.

January Started to experiment with jelqing
2016
August Began JP90 course and started my PE journey
2017
February Bought BIB hanger and started to hang instead of jelqing
July Increased my discipline to PE and began a logbook
September Re-introduced jelqing into routine alongside hanging

Outlook
Over the next few months, I would like to start trying a stretching device to complement my regime. I am that my
post-hang base-shaft feels more fatigue than the mid-shaft, and I think a stretching device would provide to balance to the exercises. Also, whilst I can hang while I work from home on occasion, it does seem to restrict my movements for the duration of the sets.

I have enjoyed re-introducing jelqing into my routine and hope to continue it with consistency and enthusiasm over the next year.
