I guess we all have a starting point or more likely a restarting point. I've been up and down all my life and here is where I currently sit. How the pics relate to a PEGym regime is the amount of penis that his hidden by the fat pad. For those of us who are overweight, when we look in the mirror we don't see our full length. Obviously this would have an effect on our perceptions of our penises especially if we are comparing ourselves to porn actors who generally have cut bodies. Losing weight and becoming healthy would be of a great benefit to your penis health as well as your self confidence. Especially when you keep in mind that the health of your penis is in correlation to your overall health. Losing weight will be part of my PEGym experience and I've decided to go on a Keto diet to assist me.
Yesterday was a fairly full on day with me exercise wise. I did lots of stretching prior to several good jelqing sessions. At the end of it my penis felt quite fatigued but I managed to get an erection for a bit and masturbated while watching TV without ejaculating. I don't generally masturbate to ejaculate but do it for stamina.
