Hi to anyone reading, this is my first reply and hopefully it will be useful.
I have been using Phallosan Forte for 3 1/2 months now (580 hours of worn time) and i have a couple of tips that make it much easier to remove & refit and also wear more comfortably.
Firstly i came across the AB Silicone anti turtling sleeve and had been wearing this on its own after doing things like light hanging or Jelqing. I found when i went to have a pee the condom sleeve was difficult and made things sore trying to roll up the penis shaft so i could remove the device, so i left the silicone sleeve on & went up to wearing the PF large sleeve, now not only is it painless during rolling and unrolling a tight condom sleeve but its so much more comfortable and makes this procedure so much quicker.
Secondly to wear for long periods of time without the discomfort around the base of the penis caused by the foam ring that tends to cause a soreness or burning sensation over time, the simple solution is to by standing and with two hands stretch open the foam ring and slide over the penis as normal and try to allow the whole scrotum and testicles to go through the ring (a little manipulation is needed) this then feels so much more comfy for longer wearing times, for me its great because i wear whilst sleeping with absolutely no issues.
