Time flies when you are having fun... or exercising your penis....

It's almost difficult to believe, but I have now been doing PE and kept this blog about it for 200 weeks.

And during this period I have re-discovered the joy of jelq and tried some squeezes. This PE stuff never gets boring!
I realized that I had not done any jelq excercises for a long time, so I brought some lube together with my semi-erection and wondered why I had not been doing this for so long. It's a fun pleasure.
I also read about squeezes here at pegym and decided to try some. I have not been doing it so much yet

In-cylinder lengths are measured with a ruler outside the cylinder, from the penis tip to the seam at the cylinder's top 22,5 cm (8.86 inches) from the base and then doing subtraction.
