I have been doing PE inconsistently for the past year, and while I have made some gains, they are not as much as I would like. So with this blog I hope to stay consistent with PE, and track my progress.
Initial Stats-
BPEL-6.5 inches
EG-4.75-4.9 inches (depending on erection level)

Short Term Goal
BPEL-7 inches
EG-5.25

Long Term Goal
BPEL-8 inches
EG- 6inches

Program- JP90 with a slight alteration to Jelqing portion. I tend to Jelq for alot longer than the program would have me because I usually mess up my counting and count the same number several times. The whole both hands equals 1 jelq screws me up too, so I just alternate between regular and ultimate jelqs for 10-15 minutes.

All in all my routine is 10 minute rice sock warmup, Basic Jelq as described in the JP90 program, 10-15 minutes of consistent slow jelqing, 8-10 minute rice sock cool down.

For stamina work I edge for 10-20 minutes later on in the day, atleast 3 days of the week. I plan to ejaculate each edging session because I find my PE sessions are better on the following days since I dont get an erection from the slightest touch of my hand.

This is a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule, but depending on how I feel I may change it to a 2-3 day on, 1 day off routine.


Day 1 and Day 2- Both days were good. Day one was great, while day 2 was a little weaker in regards to jelqing. The stretching feels well, but I will say that my frenelum is a bit tender.

Day 3- Had a great session, and I finished in just about 45 minutes to 1hr. Ultimate jelqs are a bit weird, especially when compared to the normal ones, but the added difficulty is probably just a result of my foreskin getting in the way. I may edge later on today. Also I measured length post jelqing and noticed I had a BPEL of 7 inches. Is this typical, or did I do my initial measurements incorrectly?
