I basically did the jp90 routine but instead of doing the v jelqs I added 50 slow jelqs. This is really day 4 but I started to blog it yesterday. In the past I would take two days off a week or 2 on 1 off but I'm not doing that anymore. I just don't feel right if I don't PE everyday. I mean it doesn't even take a hour why do I need days off. I might take one day off maaayybee just maybe depending on how I feel. So hopefully I can see some growth in a month.
Oh and Kevin durant is the worst
