Greetings. Just joined the site even though I knew about it a couple of years back. I had this very complete guide with all the exercises from PEGYM and I lost it. Since I joined the site I thought I could find it somewhere in the site but I see a lot of information everywhere and can't really find any downloadable pdf book or guide or anything in that category. Can anybody point me in the right direction here? The articles are great but I don't want to fall under info overload. Please help
