* Monday noon: Jelq, 100 reps (200 strokes) during 12 minutes. Then uli, 4*45 seconds.
* Monday night: Edging, 40 minutes.
* Tuesday: Jelq, 130 reps (260 strokes) during 12 minutes. Then uli, 4*45 seconds.
* Wednesday: Jelq, 120 reps (240 strokes) during 12 minutes. Then uli, 4*45 seconds.
Notes: Pumping these weeks done with my 2.25" cylinder.
In-cylinder lengths are measured with a ruler outside the cylinder, from the penis tip to the seam at the cylinder's top 22,5 cm (8.86 inches) from the base and then doing subtraction.
