So, even after just two days of light hanging at 2.5lbs. (3 sets each of 20 minutes) I'm feeling the effect. And I can tell already that 3 or 4 weeks down the road with heavier weight, I'll really be feeling it.Image may be NSFW.

I'm getting a lot more adept at attaching the Malehanger device and it's quite easy once you get used to that device's particular functioning. It really is a solid, well-made hanger, in my opinion. Something that will withstand heavier weights down the line.
Overall, I'm quite pleased with how everything is progressing. I realize these first couple of weeks or so is all about making small adjustments and then settling into a routine.
Due to my schedule, I'll probably end up hanging between 4-6 days a weeks. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
Another side effect, I've found, is that hanging definitely improves morning erections. It stimulates something internally somehow. Just thought I'd mention.
I'll be blogging some more and some very specific techniques I've been researching soon. Techniques that I think will vastly improve hanging effectiveness.
