I'm excited to share my progress with my hanging routine using the Malehanger. In addition, I'll be giving you my honest opinion on the device and also any helpful tips that I discover along the way. Let's get started...

First off, I was quite impressed with how fast the device was shipped out to me. I ordered it online at night and the next morning I received an email telling me that it had already been shipped out that morning... less than 24 hours. I was also given the USPS tracking info to track the package so I'd know exactly what day it was due to arrive. And arrive it did, on the specified day. Ordered it Friday night (late) and got it Tuesday.

The product arrived in a big ball of bubblewrap in a non-tear envelope in excellent condition. Made of sturdy plastic with nuts and screws, the build quality is impressive. Overall, a quick and efficient transaction.
Okay, let's get the essentials out of the way.

Beginning stats: BPEL 7.5
EG 5.25

My initial goal is to reach BPEL of 8.25 and an EG of 5.75

Not sure how long that's going to take, but I think those are realistic goals.
If I can achieve those stats, I'll be very happy and then I'll set some new goals from there.

Just completed first two days of hanging with 2.5lbs.
I'm going to stick with the same weight for at least 7-10 days before adding more.
My aim is to go slow and steady and not injure myself in any way.

On a scale from 1-10, I'd say my soreness was about .5
Since my penis is already conditioned from previous PE, there was hardly any pain.
I believe that .5 came from the angle at which I hung one set (SU).
Just not used to that angle of stretching but I strongly adhere to "hanging" at multiple angles
(from everything I've read).

I'm utilizing three main angles at 20 minute each.
SD (straight down)
SO (straight out)
SU (straight up)

The Malehanger was a bit of a challenge to get situated at first, but there are some great
support videos that really helped. I ended up re-applying the hanger both on my first and
second days to get it situated just right.

I can see how these first few days that one needs to experiment with the tension screw so
you don't clamp to tightly that it cuts off circulation.

I was quite pleased that in only one of my six sets, I started to lose circulation. That's why
it's a good idea to limit your hang time to 20 minute sets, and then take off the device
and allow about 5 minutes or so to get the blood circulating again.
