Well if you've stumbled upon my "Progress Log", you'll have read about how I've been on and off, mostly off to be honest, on the PE thing for 2+ years. Even with that though, I have gained .5" in length as well as .25" in girth...you would think I'd do better at sticking to it after actually getting results....oh well, this time is different though.
So I'm now hanging with the malehanger device, as my homemade attempt a couple years back was lacking to say the least. I just started doing so this past Monday (10/3/2014), and it's currently Wednesday (10/5/2014). I'm starting at 10lbs as the initial test of 5 & 7.5lbs provided zero feeling of "stress" on ole Willy.
The first 2 days went well, but I felt on Wednesday morning that I might be lacking in proper technique with the wrap and/or attachment of the malehanger device. So I went back and reviewed the videos provided by malehanger on the 2 subjects and certainly verified my suspicion. After checking out the video for the "Third Hand Loop" technique to wrap easier, my next wrap was solid and provided the comfort it was always intended for. I also realized that just slapping the malehanger device on and tightening wasn't all there was to it, and learning this bit of knowledge helped a great deal too.
So on my 3rd day of hanging I hung 10lbs as comfortably as I could imagine, it almost felt as though I needed to increase but I feel the better option is to ride it out as I plan an increasing the amount of sets in each session in the next week. Currently I am doing 2 sets per session with 2 sessions per day. I will be increasing this to 3 sets per session next week, assuming no setbacks...which I really see as unlikely.

NBPEL - 6.5"
MEG - 5"
BEG - 5.25"
Goal:
NBPEL - 8"
MEG - 6"
BEG - 6.25"
Typical goals for most of us I do believe, but my goals will instantly change if the wife feels as though the limit in either stat is already achieved.....obviously.
