Starting to hanging today and I'm excited. I think it will be beginning of something great as far as length gains are concerned.
Hopefully I will add some base girth also since supposedly 2/3 of people who hang get base girth gains also.
With in hanging I need to monitor my glans temperature since if it gets too cold it means that I have cut off circulation. Also avoid putting pressure on my dorsal veins since it is really bad. Putting too much pressure on dorsal vein over time maybe lead to erectile disfunction or overall problems with erections.
Will be doing 20 minute sets and with compression hangers like my BIB starter I should not go beyond that since then you will have tissue death. I will be timing each of my set with a timer to avoid going over that time.
After each set will be restoring bloodflow with light jelqs, slapping my dick against my leg and BTB jelqs.
Overall I'm excited and ready to put in hours and effort it is kinda of awesome to see my dick stretching with a hanger it is kind of different from normal manual PE.:o
